Improve with progress you can measure

We’ve made it easy to see what you’re achieving. Gains are the number Bearmore uses to measure the effort you’ve put into your sessions, so you’re not left guessing how you’re going.

You're putting in the work, but are unsure if you’re making progress

When your days are flat out, it can be hard to get a fair read on how you’ve been going.

Bearmore gives you a consistent way to measure your progress. Gains puts a number on each session, so you can see what’s been going well, what’s improving, and where you might be dropping off.

See your gains straight away

After each session, you’re shown your total gains as a number next to your seven day average. You also see the gains on the wellbeing radar, so it’s clear what areas you worked on.

Spot changes early

Looking at your gains over a two-week cycle helps you notice quickly if you’re dropping off. You can catch it early, so it’s easier to reset and keep improving.

Zoom out over time

You can zoom out and look at your gains over two weeks or two months. It gives you a clearer view of how your sessions are adding up, so your progress is easier to recognise.

Your sessions, your data

Over time, you’ll build up a record of all your key information. A rich set of analytics makes it easier for you to see what you want to change up and why.

Progress for real life

You do a session, but wonder if it made a difference

You can finish a session and still be unsure what to take from it.

After each session, your gains give you a clear result you can come back to. Seeing it against the last seven days helps you place that session in context, and the wellbeing radar shows you what areas you worked on.

You get started, but you’re not sure how to keep it going

Once you’ve started, the harder question is how to keep progressing in a way that feels good and gets results.

Your game plan check-in lets you review your progress across different areas and decide what to do next. You can keep things the same, push it a bit harder, or scale it back for a while.

A rough week can make it feel like you’ve gone backwards

When you’re busy or tired and you miss a week, it can feel like you’ve really dropped the ball.

Zooming out to your gains over a longer stretch helps you see how much you’ve already achieved, so you can put a rough patch in perspective and keep going.
