Start with a Burst

A Burst is a simple way to do a few good things for yourself in one go. There are Bursts that work well in the morning, evening, or on the weekend when you have more time. The order of the activities, timing and equipment are already worked out, so all you do is pick one, schedule it and give it a go.

Every Burst is free, and trying a few is a solid way to find out which activities you like and could see yourself doing more of.

Activities you can see yourself doing

We’ve gone deep to bring you research-backed activities with clear, jargon-free guidance. You choose only the activities you want to do, because it has to work for you.

There are guides for all 46 activities. From 3 minutes to 3 hours, with different guidance styles, and video support for physical activities. Even if you’re trying an activity for the first time, the guides explain what to do as you go and take you through the session from start to finish.

Goals that start and end with you

We’ve made the first step simple. Tell us what’s going on for you right now, and what you want. It doesn’t matter if you’re crystal clear or still figuring it out.

We’ll help you work it out, then match you with the best areas to focus on and the right activities for your goals.

Let us do the heavy lifting when life dials it up

When pressures start piling on, it can be hard to find time for yourself. Rather than letting it all drop away, Bearmore gives you different ways to scale things back, do what you can, and keep your progress going.

Only got a few minutes?

Choose short, purpose-built guides that get straight to the point.

Day got the best of you?

Swap to a lighter-touch activity, then step it back up when you’ve got more in the tank.

Busy family life?

Jump straight into an activity, get it done and be back out again in under ten minutes.

Rising work pressure?

Dial the pace back for a fortnight, do what’s realistic, and still come away with a few wins.

Scott

“Before Bearmore, I had so many things bouncing around in my head. I had habits I wanted to build, routines I wanted to stick to - but life always got in the way. Between work and kids, my own goals kept getting pushed aside. Having a clear game plan has brought those priorities forward. Now I find time for what matters, even on the busiest days. It’s changed how I approach my health and made me more intentional and consistent.”

Dan

"Before Bearmore, I was your typical middle-aged tradesman. I would come home, crack a few tins, and relax on the couch. Since using the app, I’ve built a better routine and feel a real sense of achievement every time I complete an activity. It’s helped me create structure, stay accountable, and feel more present and positive about each day."
